The startup featured this week is a new digital distribution service called, Amuse. It is a free distribution service allowing artists to upload their music to any platform at no cost. They operate as an A&R platform in that they will invest in the artists who move the needle. This ranges from marketing services to advances for the artists who fit what they’re looking for. It’s an interesting model.
