Startups and change makers leveraging music and music technology to curate a more creative world.
Good Morning!
This week there are some interesting developments with Spotify going directly to management for licensing deals for some artists. If this is indicative of a trend working with direct licensing it could be a better offer than most record deals.
Facebook is losing the teenage audience, which isn’t surprising considering the recent news about their privacy breaches.
This week’s startup is a video creation tool that has been around for a few years now. Magisto has both free and commercial versions of their application which allow users to create slick videos for their social media needs. They have over 100 million registered users and 1 million daily active users. If you’re in need of spicing up your video content then they are a good solution.
Hope you all have a great weekend!
